| Question 2: How does Auto-Trade ensure consistency in quality? |
Answer:
We can assure customers of consistent quality through our knowledge & professionalism in this business. Our satellite factories produce parts through drawings and specifications only; our in-house staff follows a standard procedure to facilitate efficient receiving, quality checks, and packing of outgoing shipment. |

| Question 3: Is there any minimum quantity order? |
Answer:
Unlike others, we are confident of our quality. We do not impose any minimum quantity order. We always believe that businesses have long-term goals and repeat orders will definitely increase by volume when you or your customers are comfortable with our quality.
However, larger quantities will warrant better discount rates. |

| Question 4: Can I return parts? |
Answer:
Yes, within 14 days from invoice date, no questions will be asked. However, all returned parts Must be freight pre-paid by customers and also an administrative / handling charge will be levied based on 30% of the original invoice price. |

| Question 5: How can I order parts if I do not have OE Makers’ part numbers? |
Answer:
Our trained and friendly staff will always be around to assist you in identifying the correct part numbers and parts. However, to expedite the efficiency, we would like to seek you co-operation in provide as much information as possible (Examples: Forklift brand, model, chassis serial number, engine model, engine serial number, year of manufacturing, description of parts, size of parts etc.) |

| Question 6: How are individual parts being packed? |
Answer:
All parts are packed in TLG paper box or plastics packing with bar-coded labels. Should you need special arrangements in the packaging, do let us know, we are most glad to oblige. |

| Question 7: What is the delivery mode? |
Answer:
All parts are sold Ex warehouse Singapore. FOB Singapore can be arranged at additional charges of US$150 per order. |

| Question 8: What is the lead time for shipment? |
Answer:
Ex stock Singapore, usually we can shipment from our warehouse by next day after your order. Air-Freight to Singapore (Chargeable at customers’ account) will be 2-3 weeks upon order and Sea-Freight to Singapore (Free-of charge) will be 1-2 Months upon order.
